Sleeping on the street with cancer...
Hi, I have been living in Lambeth for 6 years, my health and life have been in ruins, I dreamed of returning to work, I met a fantastic woman with whom I know I could start my life again, even if I died in the meantime. A few weeks ago the doctors announced that they had found signs of cancer in me, in 3 places in my body, so they asked for urgent tests. Even the quick tests are quite a long time, 2 months and 2 weeks. However, because my eviction has been in progress for a while, it has just come to an end, I still have a few weeks left, so I have to put the tests on hold so I can put everything in storage. My problem and I would like to ask for help with this, because I don't know how to proceed. When I found out I was being evicted, I contacted the council immediately. More than a year ago, I was given the Bidding opportunity. So far I have always spoken to Housing Advice, now they are answering, DHSBteam, that is, they do not answer, they treat it as if it is not their responsibility. When I tried to upload the medical papers to the website, at the end after pressing the send button it says that the system is not working. I asked the municipality to check my account because I have not been able to bid for weeks. Because the system is not working, I spoke to them in chat (I AM DEAF) and asked for help. I explained my problem for 3 days, sometimes I got an automatic answer (via this link...........). Sorry my writing turned out to be a bit long, but I was afraid you would not understand if I was not detailed. Please help me, what can I do. I have to arrange my housing, because I will not be able to go to the streets, go for examinations, but at the same time I am afraid I will run out of time if the apartment arrangement takes a lot of time Esther.
