I've found some information about it from the government website but it's not entirely clear:
I believe this refers to a POA for the account holder that is receiving the benefits in question. I can't find any information about accounts that you are POA for, sorry.

Im sure they passed royal Desent for bank checks on 3rd December 2025 if fraud suspected they can check linked accounts ect

As the saying goes, they can do all the checks they want on my Bank accounts, there's nowt in either of them anyway.
