I am also having trouble with Green power my zt500 as similar problem it had a full charge but after 5 miles registered as empty upon contacting them they said it sounded like the batteries but they were only covered for 6 months and they couldn’t get to me for 15 days not great if you’re disabled

    Sorry to hear you're having problems with your mobility scooter. Were they able to send you new batteries?

    If your batteries are still within the 6 month warranty period, sadly you will need to wait for Greenpower to sort it for you, if not, i highly recommend Battery Traders for replacement units. You need to check how many batteries your scooter has, usually either 4 = 48volt, or 5 = 60 volt. They sell upgraded 22AH and 26AH batteries which i have used on my old GP500. hope this is helpful
