Hi @johnmquirke. You should receive a follow up letter with details of your award imminently. 😊

Were there any details on the message about the award? If not, you may have to wait for the paperwork or give them a call as there are different elements to the award such as daily living and mobility.

Scope is a charity unconnected to DWP who will be paying your PIP.

You'll need to wait for the letter to arrive, or try the online proof of benefit service although I'd recommend waiting a day or two as I'm not sure how long it takes to show on there.

You could also telephone them on 0800 121 4433.

I am getting a bit concerned by the number of new posters who seem to think that Scope is the DWP and are a direct contact for PIP. I wonder if there's anything that can be done about that before any more post personal information on a public forum?

That's nothing, I spent several minutes on the phone to a local takeaway, telling them i couldn't manage an ECG appointment. They listened politely. 😑
