I’ve received this letter today for my child’s Dla claim

I received this today in regards to my sons Dla claim, has anyone else had it?.
one person I spoke to said they called her and reviewed her child’s whole claim over the phone. Taking nearly 2 hours!
just wondering what has triggered this to be sent out and will they reviewing his claim early?
nothing has changed.
any letters from Dla cause me such anxiety as this goes towards multiple things from my sons disabilities.

It appears to be more of a reminder of your duties as an appointee form. Perhaps, it is just to remind people of what is expected of them… nothing to worry about if you are acting accordingly.

Hi @bagheera93, I've done a little digging and have to agree with @Yani09. A lot of other people had the same feelings, as it felt quite out of the blue but they said they'd filled it in and sent it back and heard nothing more 😊

@Holly_Scope thankyou for that ! I did try to do some googling but could not find much.
I think the person I spoke to has scared me. She said she got that form als, around renewal, however hers did not have a reply slip and stated on the letter they are going to call her.
But hopefully this will be straight forward for us. “Hopefully”
