Hello you lovely peeps 🫶🏼

If anybody can please help…..

Last week I had a note in UC Journal to do list about accessibility needs,

I posted a note through my payment journal to say I don't have any of the accessibility needs listed and I'm too unwell to try any work voluntarily or otherwise, I did this after the prior week getting a Banner with the Support needs which I just dissmissed and it was removed…

I have logged into my Journal every day and the accessibility needs is still showing on my to do list I've sent 3 messages since but no reply I'm very worried as my health is declining of recent months, I don't want my claim closed due to this to do on the list still any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thank you 🙏

If something is on your To Do list then it should really be completed via that link, not via a note written onto your Journal.

What option are you using when writing the Journal notes?

    Hello @Kimi87 thank you

it says accessibility needs on the to do list and if any of my needs are not the list to click the link to do a Journal message which is on the accessibility needs list, which I did and I also sent another message for the pop up message about volunteer support it's just worrying me as it's still showing in the to do list but I've put 3 messages in my journal following the link on the accessibility needs page but it's still flagged when I log in as still to do for accessibility needs thank you so much Kimi I'm stressing now x

there's an option to message journal link on that accessibility needs page for other needs if not listed on that list

Im thinking maybe clink on the bottom of the list where it says none of the above box at the bottom of the accessibility needs page then it may go off my to do list, this is the first time this has happened since migration last Feb

Although the support banner flagged up prior

Yes I do think that's what you need to do, click on the link that says none 🙂
