I am in a situation where I could do with some help and advice .
I was working at a location for about 8 plus years as a security Supervisor where I been tupe from on company to another at the time of tupe I was on long term sick where my employment was terminate on the ground of ill health capacity while I was still waiting for a pain management treatment injection for my back condition. I have physical and mental health issues. I took my employer to tribunal for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, victimisation and unlawfully deduction of salary am actually on my own without a solicitor but they denied all my claim asking for medical report which I have provided.
I received a email from the employer solicitor saying my physical and mental disability has conceded few day ago.
