I have had a round time I’m now being tested for bowel cancer and breast cancer I have depression and severe Asa’s and suffer mental help I have no carpet in my flat can you

    If you contact your local council, they sometimes have hardship funds that can help you buy things like carpet. Some will have this listed on their website, so try doing a search to see if they have any information.

    You could also look at whether there are any grants available to you: https://grants-search.turn2us.org.uk/

    It's worth checking in your local online groups to see whether there are any social enterprises that could help with rugs or things in the mean time. Some places will offer free furniture to people on low incomes, so there might be something there you could try.
