New Rent Increase Incorrect.

Hello,

I just got a message in my UC Journal saying Council have confirmed my rent increase. The new rent amount for this year is £94.96 but UC have it as £94.06. Only 90p I know so man on UC helpline said do a change of circumstance in my journal. Was this correct as it won't be councils mistake it looks like a typing error. Has anyone else had this sort of thing and have I done the right thing? I got email confirming change of Circumstances as no other way of reporting the mistake.

    Hi @Silver925. If the UC helpline told you to do a change of circumstances then that should be fine. You've let them know of the correct amount and hopefully it'll be a simple process to change it.
