UC - messages offering help or support, is this normal and can I ignore them?

I keep getting messages on my journal asking me if I want to chat with someone about any help or support I need but I’ve been told it’s voluntary for me as I’m in the LCWRA group , should I ignore these and is it normal for them to keep sending them

Just put a message on your journal, it is as you say, voluntary.

Hi @whufcjay, as SoapySoutar says above, it's completely voluntary and normal for them to send things offering some support. You can ignore it if you like, or you can put a message in your journal to say you're not interested at the moment. It won't affect your benefits either way ☺️
