UC review

Hello I had a UC review phone call the other day the call lasted 11 minutes and the agent did not ask for anymore evidence nor did she update and new to dos I have received the call attended message but not the review complete message I had the call Tuesday just gone. I am stressing about it if my review is over can there be a delay in them telling me it is over?
