hi to everybody in the scope family my name is Tony I became disabled about 8 years ago I am having issues with the motoring sceme I have been suspended for 5years because of a speeding ticket I didn’t know I had I pleaded my case to the motoring sceme so now theresaying if I can find some one tha can be a named driver then I can get the car back Can anyone help me were to turn to next I seam to be really stuck here thank you
