Hi, my name is Janiewanie!
Hello, I received an award letter earlier in the year telling me my pip would increase from April. I've today received my monthly pip payment and it's June, and it's still the old amount. I received the same in April and May. I understand we're paid in arrears but as it's June I think something has gone wrong. Can anyone shed any light please? Many thanks 🙏

Hi,
That is strange. I haven't seen that before.
PIP payments are calculated weekly, so most people will get one partially different payment in April/May, and then the full new payment in June/July.
As far as I'm aware this is all done automatically by a computer, so I don't see how it can go wrong. I think the only option you have is to phone PIP and let them know your payment hasn't changed with the annual rates increase.
