Hi @john91, when your PIP is due to run out, they'll usually send you a review form a few months before to fill in to let them know if your conditions have changed at all. If you need any help filling these out, you can ask Citizen's Advice again. Our members are also very helpful if you have questions about anything.

Your award won't stop if they don't manage to review it before your end date, so you shouldn't have any gaps in your payments. Your current award will usually continue until a new decision is made after the review. Or in some cases, they may extend your current award for a bit longer.

How are things going for you? Are you getting any support for what's happened to you lately that you've found upsetting?

We'll be sending you a quick email today so please look out for that ☺️

I'm so sorry to read all you've been through and share your frustration with how when these things surface years after (which often happens), that it becomes so difficult to prove.

Have you thought about reaching out to a local therapist/charity who might be able to offer specific therapy for this. I've had a little, and albeit very difficult (especially at first breaking through that first barrier of just saying it), it helped.

Hi @john91. Good luck with the statement. I hope you're able to speak about it without getting too upset. I'm so glad that others have come forward. How are you feeling about everything? It must be quite overwhelming.
