My name is Doreen, and I'm an MA student at the University of Essex researching how workplace accommodation frameworks affect whether disabled employees stay in work.


I'd love your help!


Whether you have lived experience of disability, work alongside disabled colleagues, or have managed employees with health conditions, your perspective matters and could genuinely help shape better workplace policy.
