Hi all

very sorry but could someone help me, i'm rather confused.

I have been working full time and battling a few issues, PPMS (primary progress MS), Lumbar degenerate disease, post thrombic syndrome, copd and ulcerative colitis (now have a stoma).

Ive gone on as much as i can but everything has progressed and i physically can not work anymore (my work has been brilliant with adjustments, but to no avail).

I claim pip at the moment.

My wife works part time but will have to stop soon to look after me.

I have currently put in for LCWRA and waiting to hear back.

I have claimed online for ESA (as worked until march this year) and it says I have to send my medical evidence to them and have a assessment.

Will i do need to do 2 assessments please? for LCWRA and ESA?

or are they the same claim?

Many thanks!

It will be one assessment, the result of which will apply to both benefits.
