AR2 light touch form for 10 year award

Hi everyone

I have filled in the AR2 light touch review form for my son who has been on pip for over ten years it's a light touch only has 6 pages.

After dob nin name it only has 3 questions on it .

Question 16 says have there been any changes to your health condition, disability since we last awarded you pip. Then it says no or yes if you tick no it prompts you to immediately go to question 17 if you tick no for this question you go to 18 . But if you tick yes then it says tell us in the space below .So it looks like you can just tick no and go on to next question.

I did tick no to all questions as there's been no change, it doesn't give a space to write anything you only write in the space if you tick yes .

I was unsure so called DWP to ask if I just tick no if there's been no change and go to the next question .

The lady from DWP told me that's all you have to do if there's no change tick no and move on to next question as prompted she said you only write in the space below if you have ticked yes ,she also said that I don't need to send any evidence in and that if we need to youl be contacted . Just wondering if anyone has just ticked no on the AR2 and what was the outcome .I did write a small letter to let them know that his medication has changed but his needs are still the same nothing has changed as there is no space to write it . Well I have just ticked the no to all the questions becuse there's been no change and sent it off I do hope I did the right thing just wondering if any one else has just ticked no on the AR2 form and if that is ok. Thanks

Hi @rita444. Ticking no change is absolutely fine to do and there are many people that do the same. How are you feeling about it?
