Proof of benefits portal changed

hi I had my proof of benefits portal change on Friday 10th September , it now has two sections added saying recent payments and next payment on there but they are blank, am waiting on a mr for pip decision and received a message on 2nd September saying there looking at my mr ,has anyone else had the same

Hey @myshelf75! The online portal is quite a new service and I haven't got too much experience with it yet, but hopefully at least it means that things are moving along with your claim. It may just be that they're close to making a decision either way, but it's difficult to say whether it's a positive sign or not. I'll be interested to hear how it turns out for you and DaisyMae! Fingers crossed it's a good result for you both ☺️

hi thankyou, I am still waiting for,tried to phone pip today but the automated service kept saying pip to everything and then cut off !!I will let you all know if I get intouch tomorrow
