Good News

The Judge has approved my appeal, I was only on the phone for 25 mins considering that said it would take 45 mins.

He said that it is awarded and that i shouldn't be assessed now for a number of years, because i'd be a danger to work with because of my condition ( balance, dizzy spells and falling asleep after taking my Pregabalin tablet)
the judge said that it's in the paperwork that i have worked on a covid site since november 2025 and i said no that was in 2021 and i haven't worked for around 2 years, he put my on hold to discuss with the doctor and then came back on and told me they were approving the appeal, to which i started crying but i did say thank you to them both for listening to me, making me feel heard and believed.

I am just wondering what happens now, with regards to my work capability claim from november 2025 do i still wait to get assessed on it or because the judge said i shouldn't be assessed for a number of years does the claim just go through. There was new health conditions from Feb 2026.

I feel like a huge wait has been lifted off my shoulders my citizens advice worker has been amazing, the judge said the cab worker had done a really good job with the paperwork which was over 500 pages of the forms and evidence and she done a dossier saying why it needed to be appealed.
