PIP Tribunal Win Still Waiting For DWP

Hello all been a while since i post i recently won my tribunal appeal for pip after scoring 0 points on both, the tribunal win was about three and half weeks ago but ive still not heard anything from DWP yet been complete silence ive had my letter from the tribunal confirming the points they gave me, it will be 4 weeks next week should i go ahead and ring dwp myself as its been so long?

    It can take up to 8 weeks for the DWP to sort everything out, following a Tribunal win.

    I would say chase. My experience of them was previously they did drag their feet.
    That said, since ive been getting my PIP i have seen great improvements.
    they shouldnt mind.

    I gave DWP a ring this morning good job I did as the court hadn’t sent over the paperwork for my appeal win so they looked for it while i was on the phone they did the usual questions while I was on the phone bank details etc said it will be actioned in next few days.

    I’m glad it’s come to a end and it’s a win so far as they had their initial assessment wrong and capita are completely incompetent I managed to get 7 points for daily and 8 for mobility so just 1 point away from daily component awarded until march 2028 but it’s still a win from the 0 points I started with, I had my open heart surgery 8 weeks ago so now less stress and I can recover
