Pip 10 year review. Should we tick no change?

My husband has been on pip for 10 years this october he has an ongoing award he hasnt received a review form as yet but will probably receive the ar2 form

He is on enhanced on both since he was given pip he has developed other conditions which has added to his mobility issues when the form comes to we tick yes to change or not? If we do is this likely to trigger an assesment

    Hi @chucky1. I'm sorry to hear that your husband has developed more conditions. How are you both coping with that?

    It's always best to let them know of any new conditions so I would suggest ticking yes to changes. As he is receiving the highest amount of PIP there may not be a need for reassessment but I can't be sure of that. Does the thought of a reassessment worry you?
