PIP REVIEW

Hi. I sent my review to PIP on 21 September due to further health conditions. I have today received an email saying my review is complete and I will receive a decision letter within 2 weeks and not to ring them before I have letter. Is this a good or bad sign that it’s been completed so quickly what do people think ? Thank you
