Stuck and no help forthcoming.
My sisters child turns 16 in July, my sister had a tribunal three months ago on her behalf and was awarded her dla until March which falls short of her 16th birthday, thus sending the system into meltdown as It wont recognise the short fall ,as tribunal usually awards to the birthday month. This has gone on since the start of applying 20 months. She contacted them today to be told its "Stuck in the system" and nobody has done anything to clear it.. should she get anyone to help ,M.P? Disability advocate? Any advise please. She's in Northern Ireland.

Hi @Doglover2. Has she received any payments during this time? If not, I would say it's definitely worth a complaint and your sister could contact her local MP. Surely if it's a system issue someone could resolve it? It sounds incredibly frustrating.
