The appointee took my wca to fill it out in my hospital room as I had an appointment in the morning, along with sending them my med10 within 2 weeks in the free post envelope. Will I still get uc in November?

Hi,
The assessment won't be completed yet, and there's a 3 month waiting period for LWCRA anyway.
So you should get the basic rate of UC in Nov if it was setup last month, but not LCWRA as well.

Hi @ellz0. Here's some more information for you to add on to what Overly has said

thanks. Receiving over £400 temporarily is fine as I have no expenses then when the lwcra kicks in that'll be great.
