Can you rely on dwp pip automated phone line !!!

i know it's 28 days for next payment

MY banking app is not working!!

SO thought I would use this service yesterday

it's just come to me now

sdays next payment a tue 17 nov

which is wring

i think it should of said Nov 11 next pay date

THe amount was right

its 6 days late and wring day !!

jjust ignore it

is it a clinch in stytem

Hi @Tonight, as far as I'm aware, the automated line gets its information from the main PIP system, so it's usually correct about payment dates. But I hope another member will correct me if they've had a similar experience to you.

Has anything changed with your PIP recently?

You could try ringing again to see if you get the same information, or speak to a person at the helpline to ask whether they know what's happened. Often they can only relay the information they have from their system though, which might just be the same thing as the automated line. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about ☺️
