Can’t find a supportive armchair - can you help?

I'm trying to find a suitable armchair for my 15 year old son who needs maximum support. At the moment he's either in his wheelchair which gets uncomfortable by the end of the day or on his bed. We've tried the spa chair, kirton and p-pod. Can anyone suggest anything else for me to look at please?
