Critical illness cover for carers

Just wondered if anyone knows a good place to get critical illness cover if you are a carer; ie a policy that will cover conditions that may make it impossible for you to be the main carer but which may not be classed as "critical illness".
Annoyingly having looked at a few possible policies they often seem to view critical illness and disability as one and the same...but they are not, and especially if you have very physical aspects to your carer role.
I have looked at Fish and emailed them but it does not look as if they do this cover.
