Introducing myself to the group

Hi I live in Kendal in Cumbria.
I had a accident with catastrauphic injuries ten years ago when I collapsed and fell down the stairs in my home .I went through a large crystal vase cutting my main artery tendons and nerves followed by a nine and a half hour operation to save my hand and my life.
I have had a few other operations  one being a spinal cord stimulator fitted to my neck to try and help with the pain. This severed a few nerves in my neck damaging my neck and head .Which makes me struggle with pain in my head neck back and hand and get very tired trying to walk around.
Am grateful to the surgeons for their efforts I also attend The Walton Centre and The Westmorland Hospital pain management  schemes which does help me .
I tried working in the Scope shop in Kendal but due to the pain I got very very tired and left after working for nearly a year..
