We don't have a Snappi but I have heard a few parents mention that Mothercare do a Universal Cover that works pretty well. There was a mention of it on here a while ago, and one of the mum's found a stall on Gorton Market who sells something similar very cheaply.
There are lots of buy/sell/swap groups on Facebook and 2nd official raincovers do come up on Ebay sometimes.
Have you seen bundle beans they are fabulous?

Hi Tash31 and Jjsnanny09, did you have any luck with the sunhood? My daughter uses a snappi size 1 pushchair and I'm also struggling to find a sun hood that could fit for her. Tendercare are indeed way expensive.
Thank you. -
Hello Ricardo yes I did in the end buy one from Mothercare and am still using it too he now has a Discovery wheelchair base and my son is not 14 yrs old been using the same universal Mothercare hood and raincover since he was 8 yrs old. It works unfortunately Mothercare has closed down but you shall try your luck on ebay or market place for 2nd hand ones they are sturdy and would still work. THANKYOU ❤️
