single parent im exhausted any ideas please

hi my daughter is nearly 5 yrs old she has quad cp and epilepsy ...she wakes at least 6 times a night will not self settle or sleep in her own room she has melatonine to get her off to sleep but i still have to lie with her ...she will sleep for an hr and then wake and from then she just constantly wakes ...she gets out of bed and lies behind the door and if im in bed and she wakes up she just slaps me till im awake ..as a single parent im exhausted any ideas please
