I about to start campaigning to get people who suffer following medical negligence and receive compensation removed from paying income tax on the interest earned.

Any suggestions?

Have you spoken to any of the solicitors that do medical negligence? I'm sure they would support a campaign like this (and would have contacts with lots of people who have received compensation).
