Wheelchair Yoga

Every weekday at 2pm, we do a little desk yoga in the office. Whilst it is mostly hilarious, it also really helps to calm and relax everyone. Yoga has lots of benefits for mind, body and soul - 10 minutes at my desk definitely helps me beat the post lunch slump! 

Yoga with Adriene is a YouTube I love, and I wanted to share with you because today I noticed a video on her channel specifically for wheelchair users! She also has online yoga classes to help combat stress, specific routines that can soothe anxiety and beyond. On her channel there is something for everyone, even a completely unflexible novice like me. Best of all, it's all free and you can do it from the comfort of your own home, alone or with friends (but be prepared for giggling).
