Best of luck with your tribunal @Becky22_

@helsbells50 @jezza74 @Tintoeve @MrsR @Nicky69 have all had successful tribunals - do you have any tips for Becky?

    Hi Becky22

It's a little difficult to know where to start here as it is such a broad area and we don't know the details of your case. Straight away i would say get some help locally if you can, preferably from someone who has been to tribunals before. The Scope helpline should be able to help you find your local service. If that's not possible and you have to go on your own have a watch of this video which describes the process and what you can expect. It is about an Employment and Support Allowance appeal rather than a PIP appeal but that doesn't really matter because it's more about the process. There will be a third person on your panel and that will be someone with some direct experience of disability, so this is a good thing.

    Good luck!
