    Citizens Advice have some useful information about what happens as you near the end of a PIP claim on their website.

    You don't say when you expect this to happen.
    Do you still fulfill the criteria for an award ?
    If so then you will either be invited to renew or you will have to make a new claim
    If you no longer meet the criteria then your money will stop
    If you have a finite award  and end date usually 14 weeks before the award end date then you need to reapply
