I myself hasn't had any dealings with the direct payments but I should think there are a number of our community that will be able to help you out.

Hi @marty1971!

I've been on Direct Payments for almost 20 years.  It's a great scheme when it works but it can be very challenging when it doesn't.  

Do you get Direct Payments?  Or are you interested in learning more about them?
