    Hello marylou and welcome
Having already tried so hard to get the help you need, maybe it is time to get trained help from CAB, welfare rights or similar.
When claiming PIP it is important to try and understand how the system works, the criteria for meeting each activity and the points scoring system. There is lots of great info on this site and I would also recommend taking the self test on the B&W site.

It may be an idea for your daughter to get her MP involved.

    Hi marylou,

You definitely need to see your local Welfare Rights team or CAB as you need practical assistance with these issues which is much more than we can provide on here.
