Usually I have a sleepless night once a week. Doctors have no idea and, if I'm honest, nor do I. I just try to catch up the following day. Often happens when I have had a good nights sleep the night before or if I am stressed out about something. Don't think I can be much help really.

I tried Sahaja Yoga (which is meditation only) and that seemed to help a little but it's too far away for my current health issues to let me keep going to. It is, however, free to attend. I found the link on MEETUP. I will probably look for something more local when I have the energy.

Hi, it could be related to the state of the moon and energy in the air.
Some people cannot sleep at certain times (depends of the phase of moon).
One thing which could help is drinking cup of milk with honey
or reading a book or magazine which helps settle as well.

Hi @DannyMoore
Sorry to hear you are currently experiencing sleeping issues.
I practice the Alexander Technique to help manage pain. I find this helps to do for 15 minutes before bed to help sleep

Hope it helps
