As someone who has chronic migraines, I tried hard to not let it disrupt work. Managers were sympathetic. I know I'm one of the lucky ones. I have Raynauds and didn't mention it. One job I had the office space was cold in winter. My line manager came to do my appraisal, noticed my hands were blotchy/white. He acquired a portable heater for me. Wish everyone had understanding employers and managers. It makes a big difference.
