Thanks for sharing, really interesting to read.
Are you asking for Hertfordshire County Council to fund the centre? Are there any example of council's that have funded similar centres? It's sounds wonderful, but I suspect their response will be that they just don't have the money. -
Alex I'm asking Herts council to step up in providing a suitable location/building and funding as they are failing just like every other council in providing basic provisions the kids are entitled too.
Im sourcing funding to challenge the councils on this.
The only centres I know of is are one in Yorkshire, Sterling and Lancashire and they are both charities.
The rest are in special schools and NHS hospitals -
