My husband won his appeal on 26th October, he phoned dwp today, and they told him they still have not received anything from the tribunal yet, can anyone tell how long this takes,, thanks

It should have been received by now. Ring the tribunal clerk as the DWP do have a habit of losing decisions

We made a second call to dwp, the first assistant said the had not received any correspondence from tribunal,, phoned tribunal officer and they said it was forwarded the day he won his case, on the second call to dwp , they told him they received this the same day as he won his case, duh !! She said she didn't understand why he was told earlier the never received it,, but all sorted now thank goodness0

It usually takes DWP 5-8 weeks to put an award into payment following a tribunal decision

They told him today they were putting it in to payment and he will receive a text0
