Hi Richard
Wow ! that must be exciting for you.
There should not be any reason for reassessment. Property in your name is disregarded with regard to benefit if it is your home, so this should not affect either ESA or PIP.
Is your ESA contribution based, income related or income related top up ?
This could have an affect if you get CT relief
I hope this helps
Please ask any questions

Hi @richard81,
Welcome to the community. It's wonderful that you don't feel alone any more and I hope you've found the information and support so far really helpful.
I agree with @CockneyRebel, there should be no reason why a move would trigger reassessments of your ESA and PIP. These benefits are already subject to reassessment at frequent (and sometimes, not so frequent) periods.
I'm really pleased that you've done your research on Universal Credit and you've factored this into your decision making. Keep an eye on the dates that Universal Credit is due to roll-out in the area you're living in and moving to. Things are changing all the time with the dates. At the moment the full roll-out is delayed until December 2018. It was expected to be complete by September 2018 so we've gained a little bit more time and this is good but every time we get our heads around the latest updates with Universal Credit, something else changes and it's not easy keeping track!
Let us know how things progress with your move and whether we can provide any further advice.
Best wishes
