Turned down again

I have a benign brain tumour and epilepsy which is controlled due to medication at present and have anxiety and depression and an excellent letter from my gp was sent to pip but they gave me 0 points

I was turned down about 9mths ago now i just done a reconsideration of what they had the worry on postman coming everymorning was making me ill with worry

I just have applied for pip again only I have high blood pressure on top of this all my tribunal is tomorrow morning any tips would be so grateful
