Hi everyone,
I am a mum of 3 beautiful children, the oldest and youngest like myself have hEDS (which I didn't find out until I was 8 months pregnant with my third child), I also have fibromyalgia, our middle child doesn't have this but he copes with dyslexia. Our oldest has hEDS, scoliosis, lordosis, rare skin condition, eczema and ibs, she is 15 years old. Our youngest apart from hEDS has lordosis , propriception, the rare skin condition and we've just found out he's got a cyst in his spinal cord called a syrinx, we are waiting for a neuro surgeon to see him at Birmingham Children's hospital. As you can see we have quiet a lot to cope with. I spoke to someone at Scope today and now we are here to be supported and also to support you too.
Thank you for reading my essay.
