My main health issue is chronic pain, caused by osteoarthritis in many joints, degenerative disc disease, a herniated disc and an unstable si joint. Coupled with this I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, me, depression and general anxiety.
I'vw also been a full time carer for my mum for just over a year since her heart failure and dementia made it impossible for her to be left on her own. She came to live with us in April 2016.
