I already get pip at standard rate just been diagnosed with none epeliptic seizure disorder and also anteroseptal infarct will I be able to get high rate

As you know PIP is a functionality based benefit so how do these new conditions affect your functionality ?

Which should show the likelyhood of success. However , if you ask for a change of circumstance then you will almost certainly face a new assessment.
