Tribunal awarded 16points on care and standard mob. All in all equates to just under 10k backpay.

6 working days after hearing call pip for an update as to whether an get a payment in time for Christmas.  They say they have to consider the courts decision and will get back to me befor the 25th of December to let me know whether they are going to appeal the decision.

Its been a long hard journey but my advice would be not to give up.

Doubt wherether will recive back payment  this year ( will financially  struggle over Christmas) but looking good so far for a bumper payout early in 2018.

This site has given me the confidence to see the process through to the end so thanks to Scope for that.

They can only appeal if an error of law is present. To do this they apply to the judge for a SOR. This seems to be a delaying tactic as few errors are made by our esteemed judges
