can I get a blue badger I get the mobility low rate

If you get PIP, you are automatically eligible for a Blue Badge if you were awarded at least 8 points for mobility getting around. If you didn't get at least 8 points for getting around or you get DLA lower rate, issue of a Blue Badge would be at the discretion of your local authority. Contact them. -

If you get 8 points for mobility on pip you will/should get blue badge. If you do get badge read all of the booklet exsplaing the does and not to do when parking ect.

new form filled in fri states 12points for a journey or 8 points for moving around i have 11 but refused

plus you must have new claim form showing points given and not last years one although mine was 3years its up for review now
