I am happy to be part of this community where we can each other in some way or another if only talking about helps a lot.
I suffer with oestro arthritis so have good and bad days any tips to be able to have as decent life as possible if only day to day things.

Good afternoon & welcome, It’s great to meet you this afternoon.
“Distraction” works really good for me.
I always make sure that the days are always full to “bursting”
off things to do.
During a typical day I don’t think or mention the word “PAIN”
So in my current world there isn’t the word “PAIN”
I think that I’m retraining my brain to dismiss that word totally.
Please please let me know if I can help with anything???
