Hi everyone , iv just had my daughters MR turned down , without one thing being change from the original decision .
they had new information and it was pointed out the fact of the lies that were told and info completely missed out of the original f2f.. I can’t belive the way these people treat us. I have now got to apply for a tribunal hearing .. how are these people aloud to get away with changing what was said missing thing out, and ignoring new info, probably didn’t even look at it

Hello lisadaisy and welcome
You will see that many people on the forums are in he same situation as your self
While it is important to address the shortcomings of the assessment report this will not score you the points your daughter needs. Your appeal should concentrate on showing that she meets the criteria for an award. The tribunal are only interested in how your daughters daily life is affected by her condition.
Any complaint about the assessor should be directed to the assessment provider.
