Iv lost my MR so now onto the next stage tribunal.
Would like to know when I send form and everything that’s needed in requesting tribunal do the reconsider before the court or do you have to go to the court ..
was woundering when they read it all before hand if they could make a decision then ?
Be grateful for any feed back

You only need to send in SSCS1 with your reasons for appeal. You should wait intil you receive the bundle before completeing and sending your own submission.
It does happen on rare occasions that the DWP will make a revised offer before the hearing but you do not have to accept it
